Horrible horrible service . I had been waiting for almost 1 hrs and 1/2 and I had to go find out what's taking them so long . The guy helping me said they just stated working on the car because the service department had a meeting . It's been 2hrs and I'm still here no updates nothing. Never again will I come to this place . Unfortunately , it's my companies car . My persona vehicle is a Honda and I love Honda cars of McKinney service department .
