Perhaps the BEST car buying experience ever! From sales with Robert Simmonds & Jeneva Branson, to our Finance Manager Rod Gibson.....always treated with respect, and patience....to drive, to think, to react. No pressure to act quickly or get into something we didn't want/need. This was our first time buying from Nissan of McKinney, but it will definitely NOT be our last! Oscar was awesome! We really enjoyed this experience. Had been to a different dealership earlier where the sales guy never took off his sunglasses the whole time. Oscar was polite and courteous the whole time. He worked with us to make sure we got the car we wanted and the price that worked for us. This whole staff was great!
I can honestly say this was a great experience. Steven Weide (preowned sales) was SOO patient. He did not give me all the extra fluff talk. It was honestly great. I am sure I called him like 10times and he always responded right away. And his manager Geneva worked so hard to make sure I had a good deal. Great shopping experience at Nissan Of McKinney, love my 2017 Nissan Sentra! Thumbs up for Oscar Arango!
I went in with preapproved financing and Alex in the preowned side listened to what we wanted. He suggested a 2016 Honda Civic which my wife and I both said we don't think we would like it. Alex ask us just to look at it and that it a great car. Well we walk away with the car made a deal. The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is we had to wait about 45 min to an hour to be called into the finance office to sign papers. But up to that point no complaints.
Ya'll look up Jake Johnson if you are looking into buying a Nissan. He's the man to see.

I would say Oscar did a great job to get me a great deal for certified pre-owned car that no one can expect someone like me will get it.the service was great, always male me as customer very comfortable with my time frame that I have.highly recommend Oscar is u need a great deal on car.
