I am not happy with the Nissan of McKinney service dept. I left my car on Tues and when I had not heard anything by Friday I called them. I was told my car was ready the day I left it! The issues I had were not addressed in fact they said the lane changer on the mirrors was turn OFF. I had told them the blind spot signals sometimes work and sometimes they did not. Buying my 2 new cars from Nissan McKinney was one of the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experiences I've ever had. Everyone there was kind, respectful, and genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase, no matter what it was. Jeneva is so great to work with and if you're looking to buy a car in the near future, I would absolutely recommend you go visit her and her team! Great people and a great dealership.
These people are crooks. They lied about the warranty they sold us. They don’t stand behind the products they sell. Please avoid this place if you can.

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Oscar in used sales was awesome to work with. Oscar worked very hard to get the price and payment that I needed to be at. Chris in finance did an awesome job and even scored me an extra year of maintenance.

Sat in waiting room 3 hrs for a Check engine light. the whole time I'm sitting there I'm listening to these service people come in and tell these gullible women things that they found wrong with their vehicle other than the actual work they were there for I actually heard one guy tell this lady her emergency brake cable needed to be replaced and she says that she never had used it. I'm standing behind her shaking my head to tell her not to do it
