Service time was great didn’t take very long for oil change, tire rotation and check up. CAR WASH WAS BAD! LEFT SMEARS OF DIRT IN SEVERAL PLACES AND DIDNT VACUUM OUT MY CAR VERY WELL AT ALL! THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE REPLACED!
We bought our FIRST Nissan Titan from here! Incredible customer service from Ken H. And his staff! Top of the line we will be back again!
My dislike for this place is ridiculous. Their service department is horrible, and I firmly believe that is putting it nicely. Our car was in the shop for transmission issues, not the first time and sadly not even the 10th time.....and not the last time seeing how they claim NOTHING is wrong with the car, and that loud noise coming from the transmission is PERFECTLY NORMAL. This car had maybe 20,000 miles on it when they had to put a new transmission in it to begin with, and the mechanic in THEIR shop said Nissan Sentra is k... read more
