They advertise that they have a shuttle service but don’t staff it appropriately. Ever time I schedule service and indicate I need the service I have to wait at least an hour. And that is only if I stand in front of the service advisor until I get a ride. They also don’t respond to complaints. I’ve used several avenues to voice my concerns and have yet to have the company respond.

AWFUL!!! Haven’t even had the car 2 months!!! No return phone calls and run around between service and sales is ridiculous!! You sold us a problem and now no desire to fix it...Now wonder no customer survey call EVER! I wish i would have paid a little more and went to Buick!!
