Waste of my time!! Saw a car I wanted online and inquired about it. Dennis Boyd (the salesman) contacted me. I gave him a weeks notice that was coming to test drive, I emailed him several times while driving to the dealership (which is an hour away) and not once did he tell me the car I wanted was unavailable. He tried to sell me a car I did not want! After telling him no to the car I didn’t want, the car I came for in the begin became a available magically but only if I committed to buying that day! I have bought brand new & pre-owned & have had a great experience with both! Chris N. is the go to guy for me, always has a smile on his face & does his best to make anything & everything happen. Service Department is also fantastic, they know me by name & do their best to get what I need done in as short a time as possible. Buying my car was great, to bad servicing it isn't. I made a reservation at 11, showed up at 10:30, left at 1 for a simple oil change. The guy never even came to look for me. Left my car running outside for 30 minutes. Wishing i would have never bought my car there since i have to do my servicing for my warranty. BEWARE
We had a great experience purchasing a Nissan NVP from Nissan McKinney. The service was fast and got us exactly what we wanted. The price was just what we wanted as well. We’ve had the van for 2 years now with no problems. We’ve been back for service multiple times (routine stuff - oil changes, etc.) and everything has been great.
RecommendedI purchased my Nissan Titan from Nissan of McKinney. The sales associates that I spoke with were all knowledgeable and super friendly. I was able to get the truck I wanted, for the price I wanted to stay under and my monthly payment was what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better truck buying experience. After I got my truck, my cousin bought her a car and my mother-in-law bought two cars from them. Great job Nissan of McKinney!
