Sales Person Mr. Peter and Mr. Manish was awesome. I gave 5 star for both of them But beware of their Finance Department. Don't go alone. And also make sure you understand and checked the data that they put in sales and purchase order. Make sure you ask for sales and purchase order. Don't fall for any plan offer by finance department. also you should use word "Drive out Price". I didn't use those words and i ended up paying more money.
Even if your sales experience goes well, you cannot count on this dealership to make good on their warranty. They will create a bogus excuse to avoid the repair. A 2014 Versa with less than 25,000 miles - the axle broke while it was being driven. It could have been a serious accident. There was no impact with anyone or anything; it just broke. I'm extremely impressed with Nissan of Mckinney! They gave free shuttle service, the driver was friendly and accommodating, the technician was helpful, they cleaned my car, inside and out and repaired my vehicle in 3 hours.
