Rude man told us we parked in the car wash area he told my Dad " you have two choices... Move it or I will move it for you" I would like a manager to call me and discuss this employee! Never will I be back
Had to do 1star because could not do negative numbers. Will not honor there own ad. Will never go back.
They claim being #1 in sales but I am not sure how seeing that their pricing is not competitive AT ALL. To make matters worse, they tell you one thing and come out with another. You're better off shopping elsewhere unless you're in the mood to play games.
I give 5 stars for the service department. I recently had the best experience with Robert Gray. Not only did he listen to my concerns, he was proactive about addressing them and going above my expectations in resolving the issues I reported.
I had a great experience when I bought my new Altima. Danyail Brown was excellent, we were able to do almost everything over the phone and Internet. I appreciated the no hassle, no pressure experience I had.
I didn't have a bad sales experience; however, when I got the car home I found a gash in the tire. I took it back to them to replace and I was told to "buy a new tire" by the director. I called Nissan consumer affairs about their poor customer service.
Bought my daughter's first car at Nissan of McKinney today. Marcus Gould is the best sales man! He was honest and humorous. Usually everytime I buy a car you have to haggle to get a free tank of gas, an oil change and a car wash. They did all of this for us without me having to ask. Marcus even brought me a copy of the carfax without me asking. Alejondro Whaley was our finance manager. He, too was very kind and humorous. Al got me a better warranty and a great finance rate. My experience with Nissan Financing from Nissan of McKinney has been frustrating so far. The dealer ship wrongly charged me a $1000 more than the agreed amount for the car. The Finance department has agreed to the mistake and also, agreed to refund the amount to my finance account in 2 weeks, but its been 4 months and they have not done the refund yet.
