I bought a car for my daughter from Texas Nissan and they were great. I was taking it for services there but was too far to travel so they suggested I go to the McKinney location in future. They seemed to have just price gouged my daughter who is obviously a female and she is underage. I had asked them to call me with prices before fitting anything when I booked it in which they did not do and went ahead and charged my daughter almost double what other Nissan dealers would have charged, Hope I can get it resolved tomorrow. False Advertising on price of vehicle! No price was listed on car. Price was listed online but when filling out paperwork they tried to say that was base price & tried to add $2500+ to price.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership! I told them how much I wanted to pay and they got my car payments in my price range. I signed all the paper work drove off the lot in my car. Then 2 weeks later they call me back telling me my payment was 100$ more than I signed for. They broke their contract and was incredibly rude about it. I've never been so disgusted in a company in my life. Names were: Tre, Edwin, and Gibson
Excellent Customer Service!! Bought a used sedan from this location and it's been running as smoothly as ever and has not given me any problems! The staff are cordial and friendly and they have an excellent "waiting room" with starbucks coffee, bagels, cable TV and nice couches. The finance department was very helpful as well. Thank you so much will def. be recommending!
Robert Gray in the service/parts area is such a kind and respectful guy. So far I have had nothing but pleasant experiences here.
Very bad experience! Went last night ( February 14 ) the sales guy was nice but, the guy who came out from the office where they run you credit,was rude and disrespectful.
