I've always brought my Xterra since I bought it here, always have had a great experience with my service advisor Rafael Osio, he always keeps me well informed on what has to be done to my SUV, I'll always be a customer here!
If I could I would give this place a zero. The sales person we ran into within the first two minutes of being here was rude as f$&@. Unnecessary to raise your voice n a condescending tone at a customer when they say they're just looking. Don't come here folks, rude as hell! Customer service was bad and slow.

I have to say that I was debating whether to come in or not after my last service but I am glad I did. I have to give a big thanks to Carlos Mancilla he went above and beyond customer service. He kept me informed of the work needed to be done and when communicating. His professional knowledge and excellent customer service made me stay calm and definitely will be coming down for all and any services my nissan will need.
