Ayer sabado tuve cita a las 2:00 pm y duraron un poquito mas de dos horas solo haciendome el cambio de aceite osea de que sirbe hacer cita si es peor porque cuando voy sin cita duran un poquito menos de la hora, y estuve esperando y aguante 2 horas ya casi me des me desmayaba de hambre y todavia me dice el que me atendiio cuando ya me iba ,,, le van hacer una encuesta y todo diga que estuvo bien. ,,, y pense si como nooo pues muy mal muy mal
Bad experience. I took my car for the first service , the guy told me is going to take one hour and fifteen min. And after 2 hours I decided to ask and I saw the guy talking outside with a lady. And ask another person about my car and he said wait for Jose. My car was parked for half an hour and nobody help me until Jose came.
