Ford truck owner I came in for an oil change and waited for my truck. It was completed in less than an hour. While waiting, I looked over your new car showroom and was surprised not to see any brochures for any of the 2018 new cars or trucks. I guess this is the new norm ... I basically was taken for a ride when I ordered my new 2018 Lincoln MKX. Ford Explorer Luis was fabulous. I had come in for a service on my old Explorer and just wanted to check on the updates to the new ones since my lease would be up soon. Luis showed me the new ones even though he knew I wasnt ready to turn my lease in yet. I took his card and said I would be back when I was ready to get a new car. Sure enough I came back and Luis was great. I found the one I wanted and he made the process easy and enjoyable.

Very satisfied!!! Dealt with Desiree and Steve, They did everything they could to get us into a Ford Explorer sport. I will be sure to go back there and get my next Ford Car from them.
