Milford Nielsen took their time and did what was needed for the purchase to happen. Clean showroom with a number of cars available to test drive.

Buying leased car Easy process of purchasing previously leased car. Sales rep Randi Kulp was very helpful, both in person and in email communications. It took about an hour and fifteen minutes to complete the purchase process.
Service Experience Excellent communication and service. I had a warranty issue with Rocky Ridge, a Ford certified jobber and both Michael DeLeo the General Sales Manager and Joe Fattorusso were critical in ensuring that Rocky Ridge stand behind their product, without their personal attention and doggedness this would have been an ordeal. Thank you Nielson Ford team for standing behind and when necassary in front of your customers!

Servicing 2015 F-150 I had a 9 am appointment for servicing (the Works) and was on the road by 10 am. The service was performed to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. Thank you Nielsen Ford employees.
Great flexible service Had to have a key programmed. Was difficult to coordinate appointment because of our location. They were very accommodating to get the job done and also did an extra service that was needed
