Sale people except female were a disappointment We only got an oil change with was not a difficult thing to do so it was what we expected. However we went there on the first day Nielsen had their open house needing a new car. After 3 salespersons. A girl very nice and 2 men one just talked about everything but cars and one who was going to check a boss for a deal. He never came back. After being jerked around for 2 house you lost a sale. We bought a KIA. Sorry your loss. There were so many salesmen floating around that day ... read more

Mike Sanfilippo Once the service department received the needed part for the repairs that needed to be done, it was done as soon as I arrived at the dealership, and was done correctly and I was treated with respect.

My experience Mike Rossi was very friendly & helpful in finding me a car. My ex husband always bought the vehicles so I really had no idea what to do. Between Mike & everyone else that was there, they helped me find a car within my budget I was always loyal to Magarinos & I will continue with Nielsens. Thank you for a great experience.
