Oil Change - Recall Issue - Remote Battery Joe has done a great job over the years there. We were long time Magarino customers and hope to purchase cars in the future from Nielson.
Mrs. Beverley Marrocco Service was satisfactory. They seem to be very Professional. Joe, the service manager was very professional. But as far as the dealership goes the salesmen are way too pushy.

Nielson Ford Returning my lease and purchasing a new car was a very comfortable, seamless deal. Frankie was super attentive. I was given several options on the financing and I picked the option that worked best for me. Overall superior experience.

Best dealship experience ever!!! This dealership is amazing! They obtained the truck I wanted at the best price. No pressure what so ever to buy now like most dealership! NEVER again! My purchase of a used Fusion was a NIGHTMARE! It came with a single key on a fob. When I asked for another - fobless - key to keep in my wallet I received ANOTHER key on a fob. At Magarino. they do NOT understand 'plain English'. When I - justly- complained about that, Sam Magarino was RUDE, nasty, and hung-up on me. I'm not doing any more business with them - and recomend that NO ONE buys there. Want a Ford? They for sale in near-by Warwick, NY. I have a LIST of more complaints against this Dealer.
