Service dept is wonderful Had my vehicle serviced at Nielson Ford.They did a works oil change and coolant change.They were pleasant,courteous & serviced my vehicle quickly.It was a good experience

Marion the owner of vehicle Joe and Roger the service desk reps did all they could to get my truck fixed in a very timely manner. And Joe the head of service dept is great! He too had a hand in making it all work out when I had an emergency repair work on a break down!
My 1st time experience at Nielsen Ford Service This service team went way above & beyond. They gave me the Veterans discount (I didn't know existed). They gave me an honest assessment of all that was wrong with my truck & fixed it. Great, knowledgeable team. What really blew me away is when my truck was ready & I couldn't get a ride to pick it up until the next day, they offered to have someone come pick me up and bring me there. I live 35 minutes away.
