WOW WHAT A DEAL! Wow. I never fill these things out but I was honestly very impressed. When I walked on the lot I wasn't sure I wanted a new car or not. But when I met my sales rep, who was dressed up very handsomely, he greeted me with a confident smile and showed me around and helped me get a good feel for what was in stock. F-150 broken wheel studs Called on the road, your service supervisor told me to come right in. When I got there he had a literal fleet of work parked outside. They got me diagnosed the problem, determined parts wouldn't be there till Monday - arrived on Friday. And got the repair completed first thing on Monday.

Great Experience @ Nielson Ford I had a great experience buying my 2017 Ford Focus RS at Nielson. Louis, Steven and Angelo were the guys who took care of me throughout the whole process. I would recommend Nielson to anyone looking for a new or used Ford.

Great Customer Service I had to bring my Ford Explorer because I broke the side mirror. I called and ordered the mirror by phone. It arrived in one day and they made an appointment to have it installed immediately. They installed it quickly at a reasonable price. They offered great customer service.
