Nicola was extremely professional with her jewellery repair services. She spent time consulting me on the various options I had, and she is clearly a very experienced and brilliant jeweller. All of my jewellery was returned to me swiftly and as good as new. Nicola also helped provide advice for the future care of my jewellery and it is great to know she is there. Thank you Nicola!
My husband and I made our wedding bands with Nicola and it was incredible. We made 2 silver practice rings each to learn the skills and get comfortable with working with metal, and then we made the real bands. What a talented jeweller! I called in to discuss remodelling my late mother’s wedding and engagement rings. Nicola understood exactly what I had in mind and came up with a beautiful contemporary idea. She worked her magic, combined the two and I now possess the prettiest ring which I wear every day rather than leave my mother’s rings languishing in a drawer unworn.
Knowing Nicola specialises in remodelling sentimental pieces, I took a ring and some earrings to her shop for a consultation. They were heirloom pieces I wasn't using, and a much-loved eternity ring (oven cleaning, I'd flushed the diamond from my ring down the sink... there are lessons in there for me!). Nicola sourced a replacement diamond, and skillfully reset it into the ring. She remodelled several pairs of earrings, and made two gold rings out of my Great-Grandma's wedding ring for my daughters.
