Had to take our 4 month old to the urgent care while on vacation. We had the absolute best care we could have asked for by everyone involved. The receptionist went above and beyond by giving us recommendations for the rest of our vacation, the nurses were absolutely incredible and very attentive to our baby. The doctor was very helpful and informative. The entire experience was amazing. Thank you!!!
I've had my share of experiences at many South Florida hospitals and this hospital has by far the best customer/patient services. From the security guard to all the doctors that attended to my daughter. We felt cared for at ALL times. Never felt like a burden. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and at home. The services and equipment you have to make the patients feel at home are amazing. Thank you!

Miami Childrens Doral Dental office: Management are unprofessional, there is no employee confidentiality and even though management is aware of it they don't care. Gossip, and favoritism is always in place. Management don't know what it takes to do a job well done and they don't like to get their hands dirty to assist others all responsibility always goes to others. Management all they care is about money, they dont care about our childrens I am getting together a big anouncement for all the media, stay tune

Excellent service and treatment! Highly recommended. My family and I will be forever thankful for the amazing care for our son Lukas. Thank you for amazing team at NICU. All of the nurses are extremely professional and caring throughout the stay and the service is the best.
