This review is based on my experience with the office staff not the doctors. I’ve had a horrible time trying to get my sons medical records sent to his new pediatrician. The office manager Nancy refuses to return my phone call or even get on the phone with me. I’ve been getting the run around since 7/2/18. Unacceptable! Review of Urgent Care Center in London Square, Kendall. This place is not was it used to be. Waited 5 hours to see a doctor only for my child to get a rushed exam. Nurses were rude even to children. Will not go there anymore. Recommend you go elsewhere if you can.
Very good hospital
i payed a lot of money on court it crying shame there dangerous object for children,i would not take destroy people jobs by doctors and sad to say i payed cash not tricare to run scum place
I called to get an appointment. It took them a month to return the call. At that point I was told I would have to be referred to someone else. Fortunately I was able to have my child seen somewhere else, but I was appalled at their turnaround and lack of empathy when I expressed my displeasure with their service.
This hospital has been so great to both my children. Staff goes above and beyond.
They went out of their way to make my daughter comfortable. Child life, music therapy...all helped ease her during her procedure. Thank you NCH!
I've been waiting for a physical therapy appointment since 6/12. Spoke with someone 6/13. Then to Lisa 6/19 for sooner app. On 6/21 Jamil, 6/27 Alicia manager. Still no sooner appointment for a stat request when the Dr requested physical therapy by 6/15. Your hold times are outrageous. Takes them 3 days to return calls.
As far as my son being sedated for EEG the actual “care staff” there was excellent I would give them a 10 if I could. It’s the only reason I put a 5 the rest of the experience was 2 Although the initial registration was a bit crazy we were asked to come early not feed my son for x amount of time when we arrived they didn’t have my info when I got there then they wanted me to wait an hr. They had called me about 5 times to confirm and ask the same information and remind me about getting there early. As for the nurses their be... read more
