Mi horrible experiencia inicio a la 1:15 am aprox desde la recepcion donde entre ellas hablaban del over time y del trabajo, y cero empatia. Despues la enfermera le toma la temperatura a mi hijo y dice que no tiene fiebre, y le pido que le vuelva a tomar la temperatura por que yo estaba segura que tenia fiebre y la volvio a tomar (termómetro debajo de la axila) y vuelve a decirme que el bebe no tenia fiebre, y mi bebe estaba super caliente. Best children’s hospital by far! We were there 3 weeks when my 15 month old son had 2 brain surgeries! The Doctors and staff were amazing and so thoughtful! The volunteers were awesome and the entire experience was one I will never forget! The staff got us through a really difficult time and we are so thankful for everyone there! We have just learned the hospitals very own Dr Sanjiv Bhatia has recently passed away and we are so devastated! He was an amazing man and a gifted neurosurgeon! A huge loss for everyone! My son airlifted several times, from Palm Beach, had several procedures, many days spent in the hospital. I have only gratitude for the staff, every person, volunteers, doctors, nurses, etc., They made my son feel like he was the king, every single little wish he had was accomplish, he was so happy even do he was in pain because of the surgeries, he forgot about it because he was busy thinking about he's next wish.

My granddaughter was flown down here from Ft.Pierce Fl and they have done amazing job with her she came here when she was 2 months old she is now 6 months and going home I thank the nurses for all there help and being there and the Dr's that saved my Baby life... The only thing I have a problems with is the food is to expensive and they only give you 2 7.00 dollars cards so u go without Breakfast lunch or dinner that's not rite cause If you are like me and have diabetes you half to eat they need to keep snacks on the floors ... read more

We took our son to the ED with a dislocated elbow and fracture. From the moment we walked in we were treated great with everyone being concerned on how they can make him feel comfortable and reduce the pain. Dr. Blumstein and the nurses Miriam and Alex L were wonderful.
