first, i will state that I seldom post negative comments, but i was so frustrated today... I needed to schedule an appt with the Pediatric Dentist, and my family dentist told.me to contact them for my daughter. called, was 7th in line... 45 mins later called the regular appt line, they mentioned there was nothing they could do, had to wait for Doral to answer. waited, after 1 hour and 17 mins, inly to be told, sorry we don't accept MetLife Dental PPO. in fact, they only accept 3 insurances. never offered other options, just ... read more
