RecommendedMi experiencia fue la mejor y lo recomiendo 100 %.Mi niño paso 1 semana en la Sala de Neurologia,room 5014 y la atención de todos fue la mejor. Desde los Drs Neurólogos Pediatras e Infectologos,hasta todo el staff de Enfemeria, personal de limpieza, en fin ninguna queja. Called them 3 times to schedule an appointment for my newborn daughter on the hematology/oncology department. Called a 4th time and was actually transferred to their “receptionist” when I asked her please I need help setting up an appointment my daughter is barely a month she needs to be seen ASAP her response was like “okay but you need to leave a voicemail and eventually we’ll call you back” so yeah. That’s where I stand with this hospital and their lack of professionalism & compassion.
RecommendedWe love Nicklaus Children's Hospital. Everyone has been so wonderful with our little fella even when he hasn't been wonderful. Our only complaint is the campus is 700-ish miles from our home.
This is literally the worst emergency room hospital ever !!!!!!!! Worst patient care I have ever seen !!!! Every time I go you let me down !!!!
RecommendedThis is for the Miami Doral location in 107th Avenue. Took my son here for the first time today and I really thought it was gonna be a bad experience just from the amount of people in the waiting area lol , but NOPE. My experience here was great they made my son feel special and comfortable which is a hard task for anyone in medical profession attire since he is terrified of doctors, and were very open and honest about the options for the procedure he will be undergoing in March and I believe my son is in the best care here.... read more
RecommendedThank you to the wonderful Doctors, nurses, and staff who took care of our daughter and eased our stay while our daughter had heart surgery. Dr. Burke is our hero and she is ours!
