RecommendedFriendly and caring staff. Usually I get out fast with my kid, but during our last visit to emergency they where a little slow and we got out at 6 am. We were there at 10:40 pm. Over all excellent hospital.

I had such a terrible experience with the staff on a Sat. Arrogant, pushy. Omar who tried and take blood from my son stated, “if I take a lot of blood, you want him to bleed out all over the place” then said, it’s the end of my shift, I have to go.” Then when the IV team was supposed to come, they never did and the staff said, Oh they’re on break so I guess they’ll come after. RecommendedMy baby was admitted 3/1/19 and was discharged 03/29/19 with epilepsy and infantile spasms. When we were discharged earlier we were very happy and ready to proceed with our life. 2 hours later i got a call that my son needed to go to any near by hospital ASAP the staff discharged my son with a potassium level of 2.1 they did not wait for the results to come in before discharging him. Very short handed. They don’t answer their phone for 35 minutes then they send you to the wrong dept then they send you back to the same menu and you have to wait another 35 minutes.
