I am so thankful and impressed with the service we received!! We unfortunately had to have our baby girl admitted which is only 22 months old and if its never happened to you - you cant even begin to imagine how scary that is. From the nurses to the doctors, volunteers, even the cleaning lady EVERYONE was so kind, patient, undersranding, and caring!! We had to take both our babies to Urgent Care while vacationing here in Miami. This place is amazing. The admissions girl was helpful and knowledgeable about her city, as well as polite and just all around nice! The nurses were patient and incredible. I should say extremely patient with my husband and I being almost zombie-like. The NP was professional and took his time before the doc came in and was as patient and kind. All around wonderful experience!!!! My girls are gonna get better so we can enjoy our vacay!
