Freindly & Fast Service I called for an oil change/tire rotation, etc, and they got me in the same day. They also took care of a loose panel that was rattling. Very pleasant atmosphere, friendly workers, etc.
Review of Kowalski Ford The staff is always easy to work with. I have had all my service done at the dealer since I purchased my 2012 Fusion. They notified me that the battery was bad so I could replace it and not get stuck on the highway.

Not pushy. Not your typical dealership. As a senior, I dreaded buying a new car. Daughter came into town and happily took me to her salesman at the dealership. Very personable and always smiling. Bought a 2016 Escape Titanium. Staff were all very helpful and liked the casual atmosphere.
