2010 Dodge Grand Caravan The only problem I encountered was the inability to find my waranety in the system and the length of time it took to get my vehicle fixed. The staff was very helpful and my vehicle was eventually fixed completely.
Kowalski Ford Service Polite staff, on time, and exactly what they estimated. I love that they check batteries, brakes and tire tread as part of the service.

2015 Flex Ordered a 2015 Flex on April 7 but didn't receive it until July 16 due to various parts shortages, quality concerns and shipping logistics. The service technicians did a wonderful job prepping my vehicle for pickup the same day it arrived. They also did a 90,000 mile service interval on a 2005 Freestyle. All were done in a timely manner.
