Classic car buying experience I purchased a 2015 Ford Taurus Limited from Kowalski Ford a few days ago. The entire purchase event was entirely stress free - everything was handled online and over the phone prior to my arrival, and after I arrived everything was lined up for me to sign, etc., in the most efficient order. Mrs. Homa Davis One always have anxiety entering a car dealers' office. We felt no pressure. Mr. Kennedy, sitting on his desk, didn't jump up as soon as we walked in. He answered all our questions. He printed out all different options of the particular model we were interested in. Decision was left up to us. We left with my Edge Titanium. Got a good value for my trade in. We are glad they are very close to us for any service, oil change, washing the car, couldn't ask for anything more. Yes you might say, we are very happy!
2013 Ford Fusion Rear Quarter Window Replacement All good. However, there is a slight dent in the chrome trim, likely due to improper technique by the installer from the glass company.
Quality people and work In previous years I owned a Ford and took it to Kowalski's for service. Through a special circumstance, they prepared that car for me to give to a needy person. They were very understanding about this. Since then I've brought my Toyota to them for service and been very satisfied.
