15000 Mile Checkup I bought my Fusion at Kowalskis on Labor Day 2012. One of the reasons I chose them was because they are local and I wouldn't have to drive to a dealership in another city for service. I thought my wait time was reasonable and everyone was friendly & pleasant. Overall, a positive experience.
