Great experience I am extremely happy with my experience at Kolowski Ford in Avon Lake, Ohio. I am currently leasing a 2016 Focus from them. The respect the staff showed me and my husband was nothing we have ever experienced at a dealership before. For that we are extremely thankful. Great attitude, willing and friendly. Two days in a row the team performed without hesitation to (a) fix my new cells phones and (b) check a low tire reading. Both were at no cost and with me under pressure to leave town for the winter. Rich is the best car guy I have ever met.

Very accommodating and helpful This dealership is really good. The staff are friendly and accommodated my unusual requests, which was taking my car home after the service was completed because I was on vacation!

Kowalski Ford good dealership to buy a vehicle At kowalski ford I found my salesman was very knowledgeable about the truck I was buying and the service dept. worked with me to set up an appt. to have my truck serviced in my time frame
Kowalski Ford Both Rich and Reagan were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with my car buying experience. The atmosphere in their dealership is relaxed and comfortable. I love my new Ford Escape!
