Amazing gym! Close to everything in the center. If you don’t like overcrowded gyms like me- this is your gym! Highly recommend
Excellent, clean and friendly gym in Norwich. Has everything you need for an effective and judgement-free-zone workout. Was in Norwich for 4 days and in need of a gym. Kevin replied instantly to my membership inquiry and I was working out 5 minutes later. Hope to return when I return!

New gym expansion has added so much to this gym, would recommend joining if you work in the city. Multiple racks, cable machines and benches makes it easy to get your full workout done. Special mention for the new sled track, looks amazing.
Very good gym suit with calm environment, with friendly trainers available any time, not to mention lots of equipment needed for virtually any workout circuit. Also perfect city center location which is handy for when I'm often in the area. Also to note there is no contract.
