Absolutely Fantastic Surgery , great support .. reception staff are amazing very friendly and caring and every medical professional I have met have been 5 star .. well done
I cannot fault this surgery at all. There are too many reception staff to name/i dont know there names, but every single one of them is so kind, friendly, and helpful. I have been to Dr Ukoha a few times and he has also been amazing. I am very grateful for everyone's kindness and helpfulness, and they all deserve a massive praise for doing their jobs the way they do. Thank you so much.

Total waste of time. You ring at 8am precisely and the sit through 2 minutes if answer phone message to find that the queue is full, try again. Repeat this for the next 20 minutes to be told too late for today. Try this on repeat for several days. Its not a doctors surgery its an answer phone system.
Having moved to the area just over a year ago I have had no problems with this surgery. The reception staff are always charming on the phone and I am able to book an appointment in person. My previous surgery would advise you to go home and phone for an appointment.
