Terrible service. Even with an 8 am appointment, be the first in line as soon as it opens, call to check in on time, I was not the first served, others were having covid tests before me. 9:30 needed to leave for a meeting for work. No call to check in with me that entire time. I called them and the receptionist was incredibly rude and offered no help, explanation or alternative. Will never return here.

I brought a friend here who was having leb pain. I was waiting out in tye car for her because I assumed I wasn't allowed to come in (Covid). She came out snf told me the r ceptionist had said I could come in with a mask, so I came in to the lobby with her, eith my mask on. My friend was called back. I didn't go back with her because she didn't ask me to and I know if she wanted me to or not. we made an appointment for 10:30 this morning, for a covid test for my 7 year old son. He is symptomatic and was exposed to someone who tested positive. it is 12:45pm and we are still waiting... they have only told me "another 45 minutes" each time I've called in to check. I've never felt so dismissed and unseen.
I wasted 2 hours of my life tonight waiting to see a PA who was hurried, interrupted me when answering her question, barely looked at my issue before telling me what prescriptions she was gonna give me, got snappy with me a couple times, didn’t ask about medications I take before rushing out to prescribe me an antibiotic WHICH she did without asking about allergies (I’m allergic to most antibiotics), didn’t ask if I had questions or other symptoms before practically running out of the room, and then basically threw discharge... read more
Do not use for Covid testing. Continuing unresponsiveness on results, still waiting 5 days later, and reps lie about when results will be given. Last guy told me to call the lab for my results. Worst service imaginable.

They have a customer service number that tells you 1 thing and then when you call them, they put you on hold for 20 minutes. They don’t want to see anyone. Apparently they are not a urgent care!!!
