In and out fast with online check in. Getting better already.
Great experience yesterday. Checked in from home and was in and out in less than 30mins. Prescription was called in quickly and now I am on the road to recovery. I have used this clinic 3 or 4 times when in a pinch because they are close to my home and they have not disappointed. Thanks so much for they great service.
I called last week to ask if their office could take care of consent for general anesthesia from my daughters dentist to proceed with her treatment. I was told on the phone she would just need a physical and they could do that. I drove there today to be turned away immediately when I showed the receptionist the form I needed signed. Total waste of my time.
I was told a prescription was going to be called in by Evelyn,, I specifically told her where to call it in at ,, and they proceeded to call it in to the complete wrong place I've never even dealt with,, then had the nerve to tell me I had to go to that pharmacy completely outta the way to have them transfer it to the correct place!! Why can people do there job correct and stop being in such a damn rush and listen to the patient!! I've never had a good experience here and would not recommend them to anyone!! I was seen (for about 30 seconds) a week ago and prescribed the wrong antibiotic for an upper respiratory infection (amoxicillin, which apparently only kills strep). I have suffered needlessly for a full week before going to an actual doctor and getting effective medication. I'm glad I dropped a $50 copay at such a thorough medical practice. Save your money and go some place that cares about actual patient care rather than grossly over billing your insurance.
First time here and they are amazing. Very friendly staff from check in, nurses, Doctor and checkout. I would recommend it to anyone. They have a board in waiting area letting you know how long of a wait you have, cable in rooms while waiting for doctors (I don't have kids but great for cartoons while you wait).
I love Nextcare they are always great never have to wait long and the nurses and Drs always make you feel so welcomed !
