Got here at 420...told the wait would be 30 to 45 min...it is 640...still waiting. Daughter been in room for over 30 minutes just sitting. Going to try very hard to never come back!! Def not "urgent". How do you run and urgent care facility with one doctor??
"Urgent Care" is an Understatement. Hope your in no Rush. Hour wait already, and had Pre Scheduled appt. Seen people come in after me, and get in faster. It's great if you have time and need a prescription only.
Misdiagnosed my son on his birthday after a 2 1/2 wait past my appointment time. Called about four times asking for a provider to give me a call back since my son wouldn’t take the steroid or antibiotic, never once received a call back. Only to take him somewhere else and find out they prescribed the wrong things. Wouldn’t even take my dogs there.
Very compassionate and friendly folks. Nice doctor who seemed to know his stuff. Thank you!
Check in online yesterday afternoon, once I got there, very short wait to be seen by Dr. Very courteous and helpful front desk staff. Dr and assistant took care of my problem, called in my prescription. I will go back when needed, and recommend them to anyone who needs fast efficient medical treatment.
