RecommendedScheduled an urgent appointment online on my way to NextCare. Checked in and was seen by triage within a few minutes. Nurse and NP were so kind and caring during my appointment. I very much appreciate the service I received.
My daughter and I walked in with my granddaughter at 11:50am. The receptionist never even looked up from her computer, let alone greet us. The sign said to be seated and wait to be called on. So we did. As I was waiting to be addressed, two patients walked in and were greeted by the receptionist. At this time, 12:02, I stood up and asked if she was going to help us.... she acted as if she never knew we were there... seriously? Her chair is 4ft in front of the front door. CANT ANSWER A SIMPLE QUETION WHEN CALLED
a lot of things. writing notes would prolly help keep the dr from forgetting 2write/call in all prescriptions they say you'll get. 3-4 hours behind every day is not right. Neither is putting walk-ins ahead of the patients that have made appointments accordingly. Better communication goes a long way than just walking out the door & leaving it open. Am I done? where do I go 2check out. A receipt &follow up notes would be nice 2have to check out with. NP is very nice, but not thorough, a few days worth of medicine isn't cutting... read more
Waited nearly 2 hours for them to continue to call people who arrived after me. Front desk staff rude and unorganized. Super slow! Definitely don’t waste your time.
This place is a joke!!! Blow up your phone about being early and confirm appt and get there and they are closed! That’s great patient care. Not even a call to say we are closing early. You can’t tell me everybody in that building was sick so they had to go home
They are great awesome fast and quick
Quickly got to see the doctor. Staff was incredibly friendly. Correct diagnosis. They are the best Urgent Care I’ve ever been to! 💗
They were kind, quick and helpful. I was out of town and not wanting to go to the ER. I’m so glad I went there
