They took very good care of me, didn't have to wait long either
This urgent care used to be great .... fast friendly and reliable ..... but recently they are ridiculously fast barely look at u ... diagnosis what and the prescribe 1/2 the meds they say u need ...... smh .... then generally we end up else where anyways .... it's no wonder they had the cancel there cable contract for a "slow season" more like shotty service
They banned me from every nextcare in the world for not agreeing with the dr!!! Im allowed to not agree. Do not go this urgent care if u have an opinion and u speak your mind. So officially nextcare urgent care can KISS MY ASS!
After many days at hospitals and other urgent cares these guys really got to the source of the problem!
I went to next care because of a sore throat coughing so hard that as I was taking a shower this morning the base of my head felt like something exploded. Shelby fell asleep on the bed I was curled up head pm desk. The doctor literally came in and listen to my lungs looked at my throat and said you have bronchitis two seconds later who's outage or waiting again for prescription. This is not what I would call excellent customer service.
