I’m not one to make reviews but I don’t recommend this urgent care at all. Been here for 2 hours in my car waiting for my 1 year old to just get her vitals taken after telling them she’s had a high fever for the past 3 days. I’ve watched plenty of people pull up and get seen and leave and they still haven’t checked her. Everytime I call the receptionist is rude and hangs up fast or says “you’re next. 10 minutes” another 30 minutes later and my daughter still hasn’t even gotten seen by 1 doctor.

I came to this urgent care due to mensuration issues with being anemic and feeling super weak . They literally walked me back and said to me I needed to go to the ER hospital and then charged me $89 so for literally a two minute talk I payed money for no service .... so thank you for kicking me when I was down. This is why people struggle with our healthcare system ... in the lobby the nurse should have told me to go to the hospital right away .... very dissapointed
