Wow.....I've been going to Impact Urgent Care facilities now for over 10 years and have very please until now. I took my wife in yesterday for her noon online appt check-in; she saw the doctor at 1:15. Was prescribed an antibiotic for an ear infection and sent home. Today she is much worse. All I wanted was to get to speak to the doctor or have someone talk to the doctor for me to see if we should perhaps change meds on stay the course. Bottom line, don't go to the Austin Hwy location. RecommendedMy son Got sent home from school because of a runny nose and wasn’t allowed to go back for 10 days unless he had a negative Covid test. They got me back within 30 minutes and I got my sons results within 15 minutes. Everyone was super friendly including the front desk. I highly recommend this place.

Recommendedonly reason I'm saying yes is because the doctor addressed all my concerns about the rude girls working and helped me 100% and was very kind and apologetic about the employees. I came here to get a doctors note proving I was seen so I could return to work. the person I called sent me all over and for some reason wouldnt just see me right away and sent me to the thornton one because that's where I got covid testing done even tho this was a completely unrelated visit. girls that worked there were super rude and one of the girl... read more
Definitely do not recommend. I called to find out with their Covid precautions what I needed to do to get a cd of my US 2 years ago. They assured me that I can come in anytime between 8:30 and 4:00 and it would take 10 minutes. Cool. Because I cannot drive and have to reply on other people so I’ll pick it up on my way to my yearly US. Get to Seton and they said that the person already left for the day. 30 minutes later nothing. I have NEVER had a good experience here. Ever. They have no idea what the hell they’re doing.
Terrible service. Even with an 8 am appointment, be the first in line as soon as it opens, call to check in on time, I was not the first served, others were having covid tests before me. 9:30 needed to leave for a meeting for work. No call to check in with me that entire time. I called them and the receptionist was incredibly rude and offered no help, explanation or alternative. Will never return here.
My husband, my baby, and myself tested on Thursday and was told it would take a few days to get results. which we understood. But a few days have passed and we have called many many times during those days to which there is always no answer. And yes, we also have left many voicemails to which no one has answered to. Even if u are busy, you cannot be so busy as to not have someone answer the phones or have someone calling patients back for their results or to let them know what the progress is. They do nothing but soak money from the elderly patients. Multiple long distant trips for multiple tests over and over when the first ones were fine. Completely RIDICULOUS!!!!!!
