One our our employees was sent to this urgent care for an injury. After evaluation they said he needed a CT. We scheduled a CT and they forgot to send the paperwork over and we contacted NextCare so they could send the paperwork over and they said the employee did not need a CT. The NextCare rep said well maybe the other employee said that, but he no longer needs a CT. We did the online check-in almost 24 hours in advance for Covid-19 swab and antibody testing. We are healthcare workers and want to know how we stand as far as possible asymptomatic infection and/or history of infection. We arrived at the designated time only to be told they weren't doing Covid tests that day due to "Provider Preference". This is unacceptable. If you cannot perform a service you advertise, then either don't advertise it or have a provider on staff who is willing to do so. I was referred to other Access clini... read more

RecommendedIs it acceptable to send a fruit basket? Maybe that church place near by can do a basket? The staff seemed overwhelmed by the extra crazy people are bringing. They didn't have any of the rapid result nose swabs available but were able to do the antibody test. Fair enough. The wait time was a bit crazy but I expected things to be crazy here. The staff were friendly and efficient and tried to take as much info by phone and having you email a copy of your ID and insurance to them.
