Came here for curbside testing for COVID-19 for my daughter who was coughing, had a temperature with our home thermometer, chest pain with breathing, and body aches. was told she didn't meet criteria for curbside so "come on inside!" Two hours after our made ahead of time appointment, she finally got the test, but no one ever checked her temperature; no one sanitized the door handles or frequently touched area in the waiting room, seats were not situated for social distancing. RecommendedMy son had a Go Kart injury while vacationing. We took him to Urgent Care and they were extremely friendly and the doctor was thorough. Top notch, high quality care. Fast and knowledgeable. We highly recommend.
Made an appointment and asked for curbside. They said that since we didn’t have symptoms we couldn’t get curbside. Waited 2 hours for a coronavirus test when I specifically made an appointment so we wouldn’t have to wait. While we waited I learned people in the waiting room had previously tested positive for coronavirus further exposing myself and my child.
Rude staff and slow service, you would die first before they give you any results.
Actually listen to patients when they say they are in pain and not dismiss it. When someone age 60 comes in with fever, nausea, aches, etc.. and asks for a covid test, don't tell them their symptoms don't meet the criteria. Electronically process their RX within an hour, not 8 hours later when they are pain meds! Unacceptable!
RecommendedFirst Time Visit! Awesome! Walked in was greeted with a Smile! Filled the proper papers out and had a seat! Clean, Very Clean! My name was called and was taken to a room and spoke with the young lady that took my vital signs! Of course I talk to much but our visit was very cheerful! Thank you! Treated with Respect and that always helps for sure! Then The Dr. came in and from there as I said I visit(talk a lot) she was so great! Very Concerned and Professional!
