I went to Urgent Care on 7 mile in Livonia and I had the best experience here. Excellent staff!!!!! Very professional, all of my encounters with all the staff were awesome. Jessica at the front desk directed me to the facility and made sure I didn’t get lost since I’m not from Michigan. I have nothing but good things to say about all the staff. Worst costumer service ever. As someone that works in the medical field this locations lack of communication is mind blowing. I came in for a rapid COVID test and was told I’d have my results within an hour and to wait for their phone call. That was at 2:00 this afternoon. It’s now 6:30pm and I have called 7x and was never able to speak with front desk. I wasn’t given a Drs note when leaving, because they said they would have that when they called with my results. Now I’m having to find arrangements for my patients tomorrow ... read more

Worst care ever in their emergency room. Waited for 5 hours before being seen even though I was in extreme pain and was ready to pass out. Once seen the doctor spent 5 minutes with me before saying "I will order a good narcotic". No X-rays were taken. I was just given two prescriptions, one of which was not covered by my insurance and was over $200 (I did not fill it). I will NEVER go to this this emergency room again. I went in with a chronic UTI and kidney pain and they sent me home telling me that nothing was wrong with me. I had to ask the Dr. to send my urine for a culture cause it didn't appear with a test strip. she was extremely rude and only saw me for about 5 minutes. I told her that I just came in for her to say I was ok and to charge my insurance, and she said... it is what it is. Was not empathetic or even listened to my concerns.
