Went in for a broken foot/toe. The two girls at the counter had very poor complacent attitudes and without even checking with the on duty professional they began to tell me "the thing is we are about to close..." at 345 in the afternoon. Very unprofessional.
RecommendedThe staff was very helpful and friendly. The nurse and doctors were very caring and compassionate. The doctor even called me personally the following day to check up on me. Not to mention the consideration they took since I did not have insurance. The on-site pharmacy was convenient and cheaper than any pharmacy I have used in the past. I will definitely use this urgent care again.

RecommendedI would highly recommend Michigan Urgent Care. I have had to take my kids there during the weekdays and have had great experience with Dr. D’Angelo. He is very kind and very patient and has very good bedside manner’s. This time I had to take my kids there on a Sunday. Their experience there was just as good or if not better. The young lady at the front desk, Tinae was very kind and very sweet. She was very easy to talk to and she was sympathetic. Recommendedthe doctors are really nice
Took a year to the exact date of procedure to send bill, lost our money saved in health care savings account because of their delay!! Of course they blamed the ins Co and the ins blamed them. Now because of covid and unable to continue payments at this time, sent to collections. Shameful practice and billing department. Beware!!
