Took awhile but I was treated well. I liked the doctor and staff. All in all a good experience.

My disabled son was pretty sick. Convenient location so I took him there. Unfortunately for us there were a large amount of people who had pre-registered so we waited close to 2 hours to be seen. The staff (with exception of the secretary) was unprofessional and rude. Quite obvious they just did not care. The exam room was filthy. Didn't dare lay my boy on the bed! It was a nightmare for us. Will never go back to this location
I work nights, ckeckd in on line, walk in to a full waiting room, was taken right back. Was told it might be a bit due to a procedure in front of me so I settled in figuring I'd be awhile and would not get sleep for work. Less than 10 minutes later the PA walked in, she treated me and had me out quickly. I was home in less than an hour. Was able yo get some sleep and treatment as well as creative pain management due to my medication issues and my line of work. Always happy with Next Care.
Checked in online arrived 10 min before my appointment, filled out paperwork and was seen within 10 min of arriving! Not to mention I was there for a total of 30 min max!! Sweet staff and very thorough PA's. I was seen on 4/18/17 around 8:58a hopefully I don't need to come back but if I do it will be here.
They were friendly and didn't wait long as it was early I'm the morning. Dr was nice and so was the x-ray tech.
