These people are thieves and liars. I do not take this statement lightly. But I just bought gel that was not gel on consistency, I opened it and within 5 minutes of buying returned to the shop for them to tell me no refunds or exchanges! The lady lied saying she told me this at the point of sale which she did not. Instead she spoke with her colleague in their language. They have a good range of stuff but I'm not sure why they feel the need to follow you around everywhere. Every time I look up there's someone giving me some big eyes like I'm about to steal a £2 comb. They also hold the bag behind the counter after packing and it's just??? I really don't think people are stealing from you that much and it's giving profiling.

Felt very uncomfortable in the store again! If you are going to follow someone around the store (Profile) at the very least ask them if they need any help. For a store that sells predominantly black hair and skin products I expect better. I won't be back!
