It was the first shop we went into in our quest to find our forever wedding rings. Amy was excellent, not pushy and very helpful. The staff are very pleasant and smiley. Lovely customer service. I highly recommend.

I popped into Newey's a few weeks ago to see if they could help with a repair,well to get a stubborn knot out of a chain,still around my neck! I had tried a couple of other jewelers who were not very customer friendly and made no effort to help, so I was pleasantly surprised that all the staff at Newey's tried to help and eventually got the knot out! Just to say , how helpful the team were and thankyou. I would definitely recommend Newey's based on their customer care!

John is by far and away the most talented individual I have had the pleasure to deal with in the jewellery trade. What he is able to do with his talent and goldsmiths brain is surpassed by none, if you want a spectacular piece of jewellery made, or a sentimental piece of jewellery restored by a trusted and talented jeweller look no further than John.
