The worst hotel, it's a scam! The lady took our money and left us stranded by shutting the door on our face, even after knowing that we have a baby on board with us. Claire is the lady who works there, she is a fraud. Took our money and didn't provide the booked rooms. DONT BOOK. I myself work in a hotel, never imagined this fraud could be done by someone. #FRAUDS#CHEATERS
