Words can’t describe the dispair I feel after dealing with this Medical Service. Have been with it a year and every time I deal with the practice there is an issue. Latest one was for a blood test with nurse, arrived early, booking in machine was out of order so spoke to reception. After my 2nd dealing with the surgery for the same contagious issue, i finally got a prescription but after tell the surgery I had 5 people in the house they forgot to mention that I would have to put in an econsult for all 5 of us. It’s now 3 days later (as my prescription went missing for that long) and I only found this out because I tried to get help from the surgery. My wife went to the community hospital for an xray 6 weeks ago she called Newbattle practice for the results a week later to be told no results available yet only to find out from community hospital that the surgery have had the results for 4 weeks got told to call today to get them only to be told to call back next week place is an utter joke Rant over
