I always have the best of times at newyou bootcamp, all the staff are really supportive, the week is full of laugher and I lose weight, improve my fitness, and make lots of new friends. I would highly recommend newyou bootcamp to all ages, male and female.

Fabulous. Even better than I had hoped for. Great people, team spirit, everyone supported everyone. People were much more informed regarding fitness than I expected and that was perfect - like talking "shop" with friends. Staff and admin were organised and encouraging. The food - SUPERB! All in all a totally worthwhile experience - it´s tough though don´t get me wrong but you can do it!!!!

New You Boot Camp was amazing. I spent a fantastic week in Spain with the team who threw themselves into all training sessions and nutrition. Staff Kennedy and Staff Evans were amongst the best trainers I have been trained by. They gave every session their all and ensured we all worked our butts off to achieve our goals. Fantastic! Loved the week luxury Spanish bootcamp - an intense but fun week of varied exercise with amazing trainers and delicious fresh food!
