Kelly, who seems to run the place ignores customers and just talks to the staff. She is extremely off hand to the point of rudeness. Shame, the previous owners were quite the opposite and Kelly & Co have lost regulars who have used the place for years.

Have been using this salon for over 20 years, new owners have taken over the first time I went was a lovely girl girl, took a lot longer than usual but was still happy with her and how my nails were. 2nd visit totally different story, the staff member who did my nails was so rushy considering no one was waiting, cutting the side of my fingers, grabbing and turning my hands over quite forcefully, I explained I have a brain injury that sometimes makes my right had quite tight.
