I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my experience at your nail shop in Slough today. While attending an appointment for a pedicure, I overheard a conversation between a member of your staff, who appeared to be the manager, and another customer. Extremely poor experience. The nail service was done incorrectly, and after removing and redoing it, my nails are now damaged. The manager was rude, unprofessional, and did not handle the situation properly. Communication was a big issue, and it felt like they didn’t understand customer requests. Staff were also talking in their own language about clients, which is very disrespectful. I would not recommend this salon at all.

I was in the shop and I heard the female manager say to a customer £55 for her nails and I was charged £23 just for my colour so if you have two colours on your nails and the length of people nails they will be charged £55 it has gone down hill since the other staff have gone and it not has busy has it used to be I will be finding a new nail shop from now people can’t afford to keep paying £55 or £90 on nails it used to be reasonable price but now people are doing it themselves at home it cheap and it free people are buying ... read more

My friend got her nails done and it started hurting soon. She ignored it thinking she had probably whacked it somewhere. After a week the pain was so unbearable, she had to take them off, turns out her nail is infected really badly.
