This is the lowest rating that can be given otherwise a zero would be better. I have the pleasure of owning an apartment where New Ways are the management company. A new build and it had some minor issues, which is fine, however the time taken to acknowledge, respond and actually do something was an experience. It took months to arrange a visit following dozens of calls, emails and chasing people.
